Series 2 (boxes 1-2) contains communications, calendars, financial records and incorporation documents, including itemized budgets for production sets. Additionally, the second of the two binders contains sheet music complete with notations alongside the script of the play Die Fledermaus.

The file contains two press releases for Opera Theatre North by Karen May Communications with accompanying news articles. The file also contains a comprehensive list of media contacts and a copy of a database of media contacts, both dated in 2003.

Series 3 (box 3) contains Opera Studio of Highland Park photographs captured during production and performance and other events.

This folder contains folders of photographs dated as being from 2004 and 2005. This collection contains photographs that are in color, as well as being in black and white. These photographs cover various events such as performances, rehearsals, and cast photos for some of the plays that the Highland Park Opera Studio put on for these respective years.

Pamphlets and Poster

Pamphlets and a poster from 1997-2005. The performances included are the Opera Concert Series (Rigoletto, Pagliacci, and Tosca), The Tales of Hoffmann (1999), Don Giovanni (2000), La bohème (2000,2005), Madama Butterfly (2001), Die Fledermaus (2002), La Traviata (2002), The Barber of Seville (2003), The Marriage of Figaro (2003), The Romeo & Juliet Story (2003,2004), The Magic Flute (2004), and I Pagliacci/A Florentine Tragedy (2004). The poster is a promotional one for La bohème in 2005. Some pamphlets are promotional and are geared toward selling tickets for upcoming performances. Others are pamphlets given at the performance, which provide context to the opera, the singers’ biographies, and the contributions of sponsors and patrons.
