Highland Park Woman's Club, records
There are five series in this collection: Minutes and Dues, Yearbooks, Scrapbooks, Topical files, and Artifacts. The Minutes document meetings with handwritten minutes and subscription information from the Club’s inception until 1956 and dues, 1902-1957. A sub-series contains the minutes from the Highland Park Woman’s Club Garden Club, 1935-1967. This series is one foot located in Box 1. The Highland Park Woman’s Club Yearbooks, 1902-1970, contain membership data for the Club and its Junior Auxiliary and information regarding events and achievements from previous years. This series is two feet, located in Boxes 2-3. The Chronological Scrapbooks documents the Club’s activities through clippings, yearbooks and other memorabilia. This series is twelve cubic feet, located in boxes 4-16. The topical file is arranged chronologically and by subject. Of special interest are folders documenting the history of the Club, created by Club members, newsletters (very incomplete), and files documenting two key court cases; one regarding the disposition of the clubhouse and the other property tax exempt status. Also housed within this series are several rare issues of the Illinois Clubwoman periodical. The Series is two linear feet, Boxes 17-18. Artifacts include a plaque and logo and other brand stamps. The artifacts are located in Artifact Drawer 1.

Highland Park Schools Collection
This collection contains photographs, yearbooks, report cards, attendance records, graduation and school performance programs, a financial record book, newspaper articles, and other school related ephemera from Highland Park Schools. The Highland Park Schools Collection appears to have been created at the Highland Park Historical Society and provenance is mixed and mostly undocumented. It should also be noted that many of the photographs within the collection were taken by the Brand Studio of Highland Park, IL. The following is an overview of materials that may be of special interest: Box 1 contains photographs of Highland Park School buildings and students from 1900-1950; Box 2 contains photographs of Highland Park High School sports teams and band from 1920-1950; autographed photograph of Harry E. Bolle, H.P.H.S band director; Box 3 contains school attendance and scholarship records from 1922-1941; Box 4 contains a financial record book from 1913-1923 with special mention given to information regarding the Nixon Fund on the first page; Box 5 contains materials from Highland Park Schools and related organizations such as the Board of Education for District 108 and 107. Highland Park School Districts, records
This collection contains materials relating to School Districts 108 and 109 in Highland Park, Illinois. The materials cover the following school properties: Braeside, Lincoln and Ravinia Schools. The files contains blueprints for various parts of the properties, deeds, titles, correspondence, and other research about the properties and locations. The dates of the materials span from the mid 1920s until the mid 1940s.
Highland Park School Districts
This collection is comprised of photographic slides taken in Highland Park and the surrounding area from February 1959 through November 1981. The images document: holiday related town events such as the 4th of July parade, main avenues of transportation, and significant landmarks such as the Stupey Cabin, the Elisha Grey House, local schools and the Highland Park Historical Society.

Highland Park Railroad Collection
The Highland Park Rail Road collection chiefly contains graphic materials to the history of the Chicago Northwestern Railroad (CNWRR) and the Chicago North Shore and Milwaukee Railroad (CNSMRR or CNSRR), especially in Highland Park, Illinois and neighboring depots. Ephemera found in the collection includes correspondence, train schedules, tickets, dining car menus, advertisements, maps, stock certificates, periodical clippings, reproduction station blueprints and photographic materials; including glass slide negatives. The bulk of the collection dates from from the late 19th to the early 20th century. However, the dates span circa 1850 into the 21st century.
The Highland Park Historical Society created this artificial collection from diverse donors, including Arthur Durbin, the Highland Park News, Harold G. Mason (President CNSMRR) and other railway agents.

Highland Park Music Club, records
Materials in this collection include yearbooks, minutes, announcements, scrapbooks, newspaper publications and programs. Box 1 holds the first accession: announcements, minutes, and sheet music, circa 1950-1989. It is arranged chronologically.
There are two series in the 2014 accession: records and scrapbooks.
Box 3 holds five scrapbooks assembled by members and the Club. One scrapbook contains minutes, clippings and other documents related to scholarship concert, 1956 - 1958. Other scrapbooks are chiefly composed of newspaper clippings and fliers dated 1950 -1973, 1973 - 1990, 1990 - 2006, 2007 - 2010.
Box 2, 1928-2010, holds minutes, treasury ledgers, club bylaws, newspaper drafts and clippings, membership directories, and a club history:
