Donated to Highland Park Historical Society by Mary Perryman (daughter) in remembrance of Perryman's community contribution. According to Highland Park News, January 18, 1968, there were 2 additional "co-rescuers" and there is a memorial plaque at Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, Illinois.
